This Women’s Transformation Therapy Group has been in existence for over 30 years. There is no other groups like this in Rhode Island. This is a twelve-week group for women, focusing on honoring our journeys, sharing our stories, discovering our self-imposed limitations and how we block ourselves. This group allows participants to experience the safety that comes with a group at its best.

Some of the issues we may explore are:

• Exploring the tension between the woman we present to the world and who we are in our essence.
• Learning how we block ourselves from “getting the love we want.”
• Finding the sacred space between being a doormat and being a “bitch.”
• Enjoying the magic and empowerment of being with a community of women.

Dates:            Tuesdays, beginning March 2020 (must attend all sessions)

Time:             5:30pm – 7:30pm
