Love Relationships in the 21st Century

“Through Conflict to Connection” is an exciting relationship educational seminar that gives you a glimpse of the Imago process and help you understand your relationship by exploring the phenomenon of conflict.
Even the best and healthiest relationships have conflict, and from my personal and professional experience, conflict offers us an opportunity for repair, healing and the challenge of growth. Conflict says “wait a minute, there’s pain here, and we need to attend to it.”During this seminar couples will watch segments of a DVD and watch how 3 couples work through conflict using the Imago process, then share their observations and insights. Separate from the group couples will complete the written exercises. You will have a chance to share insights gained from the exercises if you choose. Sharing enhances the couple’s and the group’s learning.Although couples are encouraged to share t it is not a therapy group. The goal is to teach Imago’s theoretical perspective on primary love relationships.Imago’s approach will you clarify what happens as you fall in and out of love, provide you with a deeper understanding of the nature of conflict in couples.This is a relationship skills program. Participants may gain new insights into relationships and into the healing opportunities hidden within conflict. Everything discussed in the group is confidential.
